Rasheem Johnson is an attorney with Caldera Law’s Commercial Litigation Team. Prior to joining Caldera Law, Rasheem was an associate at K&L Gates P.A. in the heart of Miami, where he represented high net worth clients in contract, trademark, franchise, and creditor rights disputes. Rasheem has litigated cases in both state and federal court and has experience both at the trial and appellate level.
Rasheem enjoys giving back and doing pro bono work. He has assisted in expunging the records of victims of human trafficking in the State of Florida and often volunteers at legal clinics in otherwise neglected communities.
Rasheem earned his bachelor of the arts at Brooklyn College with a concentration in screenwriting, and earned his law degree at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the University of Florida Trial Team. Rasheem was on the Dean’s List every semester and earned top honors in his constitutional law and evidence classes.
As a native New Yorker, hailing from Queens, Rasheem is a certified pizza snob and sneaker head. Forever a film buff, Rasheem enjoys seeking out new and exciting films, and uses his passion for the arts and storytelling to make creative litigation strategies for his clients.
