At Caldera Law, Joanna Niworowski focuses on complex commercial disputes. Prior to Caldera Law, Joanna worked in a boutique law firm in Miami, where she helped the litigation team with cases involving trademarks, defamation, and commercial litigation.
Joanna received her B.A. from the University of Miami, cum laude, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, summa cum laude. While attending Miami Law, Joanna served as the Senior Articles Editor for the University of Miami Law Review and as a Dean’s Fellow in the Academic Achievement Program.
Joanna also worked as a research assistant for Anthony E. Varona, Dean Emeritus of the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Joanna interned for United States Magistrate Judge Edwin G. Torres in the Southern District of Florida and at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of International Affairs.
