Lindsey Mandler centers her practice around real estate transactions, representing domestic and foreign investors, real estate developers, landlords, tenants, purchasers, and sellers in both commercial and residential real property matters. She also represents clients on a wide variety of general corporate and transactional matters. Lindsey has experience handling the acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial properties, as well as negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and closing and conveyance documents. Her practice also includes the examination of due diligence on collateral, including title, survey, and condominium document review. Lindsey is well-versed in the preparation, review and negotiation of commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants as related to various types of properties, and also focuses on real estate financing matters, private and institutional lender representation, and 1031 exchanges.
Lindsey received her BA in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2011, and further received her JD from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014. She is admitted to the Florida Bar.
