
Lindsey Mandler focuses her practice on real estate transactions, representing domestic and international investors, developers, landlords, tenants, purchasers, and sellers in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters.
Lindsey has experience handling acquisitions and dispositions of residential and commercial properties, including negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and managing all aspects of closing and conveyance documentation. Her practice includes conducting and coordinating real estate due diligence, with particular experience in the review and analysis of title, survey, and condominium documents.
In addition, Lindsey regularly prepares, reviews, and negotiates leases and related agreements on behalf of both landlords and tenants across a broad range of leasing matters and asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, restaurant, hospitality, and residential properties.
Lindsey received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida and earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Florida. Beyond her legal practice, Lindsey serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami (BBBSM).
