Chad Klitzman
Chad Klitzman's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
Chad began his career working at major international law firms in New York and Miami, where he advised public and private companies in complex, cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions. Chad also advised public companies on their reporting needs, regularly drafting annual reports and other documents for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A South Florida native, Chad graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2015 and Columbia Law School in 2018, where he served as Executive Managing Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. Chad is barred in Florida, New York and Colorado.
In his spare time, Chad serves on multiple community boards and enjoys traveling and creative writing. Chad is an accomplished screenwriter and his debut feature film, Candy Jar, is streaming now on Netflix.
