Jesse Potterveld

Jesse Potterveld serves as Chief Operating Officer at Caldera Law, overseeing the firm's operations, finance, human resources, information services and technology, and practice management functions. As a key strategic member of the firm's leadership team, he is committed to enhancing the client experience, fostering employee well-being, and driving sustainable, long-term growth.

Prior to Caldera Law, Jesse co-founded Wingtip, a luxury retail store and private social club in the historic Bank of America building in downtown San Francisco. There, he oversaw all hospitality and omnichannel retail operations, helping shape a distinctive brand known for its elevated customer experience. During his time at Oracle NetSuite, Jesse led international, cross-business teams within the Health & Beauty and Apparel verticals, focusing on product innovation, regulatory compliance, and client success. In the early aughts, Jesse served as the Director of Operations at On the Fly, Inc., an early dot-com retail startup that helped bring the boutique shopping experience online.

Jesse was part of the founding team at Caldera Law. Outside of work, he is a playwright, avid runner, and long-suffering supporter of the Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
