Daniela Nicolicchia has more than ten years of experience in trademark portfolio management, counseling clients in the areas of trademarks, trademark portfolio counseling, trademark clearance, maintenance, and enforcement. Daniela’s practice centers on the domestic prosecution of trademarks, conducting searches, filing trademark applications, responding to office actions, and assisting clients in the prosecution of their trademarks. She regularly assists clients in trademark portfolio management in foreign countries.
Before joining Caldera Law, Daniela spent nine years working as an Attorney in a Venezuelan law firm assisting clients in the protection and defense of their trademark applications and registrations, including preparing and filing oppositions, opposition replies, cancellations, and all actions required to safeguard client rights. Most recently, Daniela worked as an IP Paralegal in the US.
Daniela has a law degree from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Venezuela, and a specialization in Corporate Law from Universidad Metropolitana, Venezuela. She received her Paralegal Certification from the University of Miami.
Daniela is dedicated to her family and enjoys spending time being active outdoors.
