Charlotte Pasko

Charlotte Pasko is an intern with the Litigation Team at Caldera Law. Before joining the firm, she worked at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office as a Victim/Witness Specialist II, where she supported victims and witnesses of serious felony crimes, coordinated trial preparations, and facilitated communication between parties in the criminal justice process.

Charlotte earned her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Swarthmore College in 2024. During her time there, she also studied abroad at the London School of Economics and gained experience in legal research and writing, policy analysis, and community engagement. Charlotte is an incoming JD Candidate at Duke University School of Law, where she plans to focus on public interest criminal law and litigation.
