Chiara Villacorta
Chiara Villacorta is a highly skilled paralegal with over seven years of experience in complex commercial litigation and business-related disputes, including breach of contract, creditors’ rights, post-judgment enforcement, receiverships, construction-related claims, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. She supports attorneys and clients with case management, discovery, and trial preparation, including managing all phases of discovery, drafting and preparing substantive filings, analyzing case materials, and supporting case strategy from inception through resolution.
Known for her attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong judgment, Chiara brings a detail-oriented perspective to high-stakes litigation matters. Before joining Caldera Law, she worked with national law firms handling sophisticated commercial disputes, gaining experience in multijurisdictional litigation, fast-paced case teams, and high-pressure litigation environments.
Chiara earned her Bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian, and conversational in Mandarin. Outside of work, Chiara enjoys spending time with her dogs, baking, and exploring new cities.
